Preparation:
Chop the minced beef and shape it in a round shape, then fry it on the oiled plate with olive oil, along with a slice of bacon, until they both brown.
Meanwhile, the mushrooms are sliced and chipped and the onion is caramelized.
Sprinkle the butter mushrooms over the meat, put the fried bacon over the mushrooms, then add the caramelized onion and wrap it with a slice of Cedar cheese. Leave everything on the hob until the cheese melts.
Meanwhile, the bun is cut into two equal pieces.
Gently fry each half of the bun, then anoint with mayonnaise sauce and mustard.
Add a slice of red and cooked meat on the hob.
Serving Mode
Serve with fries and lettuce.
