Diet After Easter: Slows 8 pounds in 7 days. Complete menu


Have you gained a few pounds on Easter holidays and want to get rid of them as soon as possible? Here's a quick diet that can help you lose up to 8 pounds in just 7 days. 
The diet is simple, easy to hold, and is based on a soup: 

How to prepare the soup:
1 cube for vegetable soup 
A preserves of tomatoes (480 g) 
A link of celery leaves 
1.3 kg of carrots cleaned and slices 
A small cabbage cut into small pieces 
6 green onions cut 
450 g beans 
Salt and pepper 

Preparation:  Mix all the ingredients in a large pot, cover with water and add the spices. Once the liquid begins to boil, reduce the temperature and let it boil until the vegetables become soft.

Menu for 7 days
Day 1 - soup and fruit (all kinds of fruits, except bananas and grapes) 
Day 2 - soup and vegetables, preferably green. Avoid corn, peas and beans. At dinner, opt for a baking potato. 
Day 3 - soup, fruit and vegetables (no bananas and no potatoes). 
Day 4 - soup and banana. 
Day 5 to 6 tomatoes, 300-400 grams of choice meat and beans, plus a portion of soup. 
Day 6 - meat of choice and green lettuce (2-3 servings), plus a portion of soup. 
Day 7 - fruits, vegetables and brown rice. Serves at least one serving of soup.
