4. Stretch it with a jerk. Caution: The dough must not be longer than the baking tray. 
5. Mix in a blender all the ingredients for filling, except the water that should be added gradually until a paste (you may not need the whole amount of water). 
6. Spread the filling on the dough surface. 
7. Roll the dough lightly into a cylindrical shape, place it in a cake baking sheet covered with baking paper and grease it with a bit of oil on top. 
8. Insert the tray into the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes. To check if it's baking, put a toothpick in the middle: if it goes out clean, the cake is ready!
