Preparation:
The cucumbers are well cleaned by the puff, washed and boiled with the bark and apples (washed well in cold water), peel and lemon juice. 

When the fruit is soaked, take the dish from the fire, remove it from the water and remove the stems, then let the fruit cool down. 

After the apples and the quince have cooled, they move and boil again, stirring occasionally. Add the sugar and let it boil until the composition begins to turn red. 

The paste thus obtained is then spread in a tray and placed in the oven at very low temperature (50 degrees celsius) for a maximum of 1 hour until it hardens. Allow the jelly to cool in the tray and cut into strips, diamonds or cubes, according to preference.
