Preparation:

The `Dresala` recipe comes from Moldova, the Piatra Neamt area, being offered and prepared by the media partner of the project, Larisa Elena Buduroes, author and owner of the PapaBun.com blog In the Iasi area a similar preparation, called Sarbusca, is prepared, but it also contains pasta and peas.

Preparation:

Clean the potatoes and cut the cubes. Carrots are cleaned and chipped, the onions are cleaned and cubes or fish are cut, and small peppers are cut.

In a large pot, Arpis oil, onions and carrots are cooked. When these are slightly soaked, add the sweet peppers and cubed potatoes.

Leave for 2-3 minutes while the pot is turning to catch it and add water to cover it with 3 fingers above. If we want the training to get thinner, add more water.

When the potatoes are cooked add the noodles, not too much, and leave the pot on the fire, 7-8 minutes. After taking on the fire, mix the two eggs with sour cream and beaten milk and add to the vegetable juice. Chop a little lotion and sprinkle over (leestean is the secret ingredient of this kind of food).

Trainer is served cold or very warm with onions, and best works with green or red onions.

Tips:
The training recipe is simple and does not contain exact quantities of ingredients; if we like a thicker soup, we use more potatoes, if we like it more clearly, 2-3 potatoes are removed from the ingredients, so the final result is to our liking.
