Onion soup


This week we present 'Onion soup', a traditional French recipe. It is a delicious recipe, prepared from the chest, sprinkled with orange sauce and honey.Prepare very easily, it does not take much time and can be served anytime!

Preparation:
White onion and French onion (salad) is cleaned and sliced ​​in a saucepan. 

Then add twig, pepper and salt and cook all the ingredients in butter and red wine. Add soup and cook for about 35 minutes. 

Place in a ramekin bowl with bread croquettes and Gruyere cheese and cook in the oven for about 10 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
