melon red500 gfeta cheese1 cuplemon juice2 tablespoonsred onion1 halfsalt1 teaspoonpepper1 teaspoon
Preparation:
red melon cut into cubes and without seeds
red onion cut thin slices
1/3 cup with fried pine seeds
1/2 cup fresh leaf arugula from the bag
1/3 cup with parsley leaves chopped
1/4 cup leaves of crushed mint
1/4 cup olive oil
Mix the first ingredients, then add the olive oil, salt, pepper (ground) and mix them well.
