Sweet pineapple!




Pineapple jam is perfect for special guests. It has a fresh, but delicious flavor. A super fast preparation and perfect for winter holidays, especially for cozonacs.

Preparation:
Cut the pineapple into cubes and boil it for a few minutes. Prepare a syrup of water, sugar and lemon. Leave the syrup on the fire until it is tight. Add pineapple cubes and boil for one hour. Put the saucepan on the fire and let the sweet to rest overnight. 

The next day put the jam again to boil. Let it boil until pineapple fruit is floating over the syrup. When it's ready, put the hot jam in the jars.
