Tacos for breakfast

Preparation:
The carrots are washed and they are dipped, then the onion is washed and finely chopped. The garlic is cleaned, chopped and mixed together with sour cream, onion and butter until a homogeneous composition is obtained. If necessary, place the ingredients in a blender and mix, then add salt and pepper to taste. 

Pork is cut into cubes and fried in the pan, using a little olive oil until it gets the desired appearance. Eggs are used to prepare a scramble omelety, using cheddar cheese (given by the chisels before mixing with the eggs). 

The sticks are heated a little in the microwave, then add all the ingredients (meat and sauce prepared before), season with coriander leaves and can be served on the spot.
