Preparation:
Put the boiled water in a pan, add half a teaspoon of salt and when it is dissolved, add the lemon slices. Let them boil until there is only a thin layer of syrup in the pan. Do not mix while boiling the lemons.
Put a frying pan on medium heat, while arranging sandwiches.
Slice four slices of bread with smoked salmon, savanna and chives. Use a fork to take a slice of lemon and put it on top, then place the other slice of bread.
Spread some butter over the sandwiches and put them in the pan with the butter side down. Put the fire down and let them ripen for a few minutes.
Lubricate the top of the sandwiches and use a spatula to return them. Press the sandwiches and leave them baked for a few minutes. If the cheese melts, let the fire go down.
