ingredients:

Preparation:
Boil the turkey meat (2 large wings) in salt water, along with the onion cut in half, the carrot cleaned and cut into quarters and the celery root cut into cubes, until the vegetables are boiled (1 hour). 

Remove the vegetables, get them through the blender and then put them in a bowl. 

Add a little green pepper to the turkey boil and leave for 25 minutes. 

Add the legumes and put them to a low heat until the juice is low and the meat is well cooked. 

Remove the meat from the juice, portion in the bowls and in the juice put the crushed garlic and pour into the bowls until they are filled.
